My Heart Beats Africa Foundation Inc. (MHBAF) was founded in May 2025 by Mr. Curtis Brooks, a distinguished humanitarian, global advocate, and philanthropist whose life and work embody a deep commitment to advancing Africa’s social, economic, and human development.
Motivated by his profound belief in the inherent dignity and potential of every African individual, Mr. Brooks envisioned the Foundation as a transformative platform dedicated to empowering communities, nurturing leadership, and building sustainable futures across the continent.

My Heart Beats Africa Foundation Inc. is a faith-based humanitarian organization committed to improving lives and strengthening communities across Africa.
Our mission is to be a solution to the problems facing underserved communities by fighting hunger, expanding access to education and clean water, supporting healthcare initiatives, advancing agriculture and food security, and creating opportunities that lead toward long-term self-sufficiency.
We accomplish this mission by working with local communities, nonprofit organizations, businesses, artists, donors, volunteers, and strategic partners who share our belief that lasting change is built through collaboration.
We believe every child deserves an education.
Every family deserves access to clean water.
No one should have to live with hunger.
Communities deserve access to healthcare and opportunity.
And people should be empowered to build a better future for themselves.

Curtis brooks
Founder & CEO
Curtis brooks is the founder & CEO of Faith -based My Heart Beats Africa foundation , a United States based NonProfit organization that has a branch operating in Nigeria with the mission NO ONE GOES HUNGRY.. Curtis is also a first time author of a memoir titled “I Never Gave Up” set for summer of 2027 an inspiring personal story of building an international non- profit organization in Africa. His goal is to build the most influential Non-Profit organization in all of Africa , My Heart Beats Africa, Inc is on its way to becoming just that.
