A household transformed by water and hope.
Even when they managed to buy some, people were sceptical about its cleanliness and safety. The cholera outbreak in 2023…
Uniting hearts, talents, and hope to build a stronger, prosperous, and empowered Africa for every generation.
My Heart Beats Africa Foundation Inc. (MHBAF) was founded in May 2025 by Mr. Curtis Brooks, a distinguished humanitarian, global advocate, and philanthropist whose life and work embody a deep commitment to advancing Africa’s social, economic, and human development.
Motivated by his profound belief in the inherent dignity and potential of every African individual, Mr. Brooks envisioned the Foundation as a transformative platform dedicated to empowering communities, nurturing leadership, and building sustainable futures across the continent.
A prosperous and inclusive Africa where every woman, man, and child lives in
dignity, enjoys equal opportunity, and contributes meaningfully to a sustainable
and empowered continent.
To empower vulnerable women, children, and youth through innovative and
inclusive programs in education, health, agriculture, gender equality, and
livelihood development—advancing human rights, social justice, and sustainable
community transformation in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs).
Our campaign events unite communities, inspire action and promote collective progress through impactful activities designed to strengthen solidarity and advance development across Africa.
MHBAF continues expanding its impact across Africa through new partnerships supporting health, education, and community development. Recent initiatives aim to strengthen local systems, uplift vulnerable groups, and accelerate sustainable progress in underserved communities.
